We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
Please ensure all returned items are well packed, so as not to be damaged in the post.
We strongly encourage our customers to send returns by a tracked and insured service as develop will not take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
If an item/order is returned to develop outside of the 14-day return period we will issue the customer a Gift Card for the due amount minus an admin fee of 5,00 €.
If it does not meet this criteria this policy will not apply.
Please download, print off, and complete a returns form if you do not already have one.
Once we have received your return, we will process them during 1-3 days and then we will refund you your payment.
SALE-items can not be refunded. Please note this during your order.
